Successful Honduran Farming
We visited this Honduran farm high in the hills. This picture shows banana plants, coffee, mangos and pineapples. The operations included chickens, fish, vermiculture, cattle and the crops listed above. We didn't meet the farmer, himself. However, his teenaged son, who goes to school half a day and works for his family the other half, showed us around the place with great pride.
